Ryan brings over 20+ years in construction industry business development, operations, finance, sales management and leadership training to the team. Now 8 years in to hemp, Ryan represents all commercial hemp farms on Colorado's Hemp Advisory Committee and the US Hemp Roundtable's Advisory Committee.

Lovingly known by us as the "Mayor of Montrose", Ben is a long-time MTJ resident and the driving force behind our farm. Our engineer, operator, mechanic, & lead entertainer, Ben is the magician that keeps us all going.

With extensive experience in large scale commercial hemp farming, commercial greenhouse production, horticulture, organic systems, irrigation automation systems, and the list goes on... Matt leads all farming operations and planning across multiple grows and hundreds of acres. In his "off time", Matt is the head swim coach for the Montrose Marlins, one of the top swimming programs in Colorado.

5 Years with us as Typhoon Farma as our Team Lead, Tanner is also a magician of a fabricator, operator, mechanic, and just a fantastic guy all-around. Typhoon Farma is so fortunate to have Tanner's skills supporting us each year.

Meet Shayna, our Compliance and Safety Coordinator. Having previously worked seasonally at Typhoon Farma starting in 2023, we are lucky to have Shayna overseeing all aspects of our GACP, Organic,and other certs, as well as keeping everyone safe with her OSHA certifications and deep industry specific training.

With a Plant Biology degree from Colorado Mesa University, Sydney joins us as our Plant and Nutrition Specialist, aka: "The Plant Whisperer". When she's not with us at the farm, Sydney utilizes her decorated collegiate athletic experience at CMU as a stellar swim coach for the Montrose Marlins.

Meet Samy: A Master's Degree greaduate from Cambridge University and working with our sister Consulting organization in Hong Kong and the UK, Samy is integral in Typhoon Farma's international strategy development and planning. In her "spare time", Samantha is a highly decorated Olympic Rower, representing the Australian National Team.
