Ryan brings over 20+ years in construction industry business development, operations, sales management and leadership training to the team. Now 4 years in to hemp, Ryan represents all commercial hemp farms on Colorado's Hemp Advisory Committee.

Lovingly known by us as the "Mayor of Montrose", Ben is a long-time MTJ resident and the driving force behind our farm. Our engineer, operator, mechanic, & lead entertainer, Ben is the magician that brings it all together.
