CPR and First Aid for All Employees

All employees receive formal CPR and First Aid Training annually and periodic refresher courses. We also hold frequent custom in-house hemp farm-specific safety training for all employees, both in English and Spanish.

"See it, Say it" Policy

At TF we have a "See it, Say it" policy. Safety is part of our culture and we want all employees and visitors to speak up if they see anything of concern safety-wise. Nothing is too small or trivial and we want everyone that works here to take that approach.
